Payment

50% rental deposit is required to hold reservation.

Remaining 50% payment is due 2 month prior to arrival. In the event that you are making a reservation at Casa Florencia with less than 2 months notice, we require the entire rental amount at the time of the reservation.

$250 refundable damage deposit is due 1 month prior to arrival.
We accept credit card, personal cheques, money orders & traveller's cheques.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival; less than 60 days notice, 50% refund; less than 30 days notice, no refund.
Damage Deposit
Your $250 damage deposit will be returned to you once it is ensured that there is no damage to Casa Florencia beyond normal wear and tear.
Policies
Casa Florencia is Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the decks.
